E. Melvin Nash
Mel Nash was the part Owner and Treasurer of a major structural steel fabrication firm in Massachusetts which fabricated and erected the super structure for building construction projects throughout the Northeastern United States. With 23 years of business experience, Mel Nash sold his business in 1978, and graduated from Boston College Law School in 1982. Since graduation, he has practiced Construction Law throughout New England and advised clients across the country. During the course of his practice Attorney Nash has also found time to teach Construction Law at the Boston Architectural Center, Boston College Law School, and Suffolk University Law School. Mel Nash also does consulting work with Contractors and Material Suppliers throughout the United States often nipping problems in the butt, before they become full-blown. As a speaker on Contractor issues, he combines his practical experience as a former major Subcontractor with that of an attorney who guides his clients around construction problems. When all else fails, Mel Nash goes to court!

Ross C. Wecker
Ross Wecker is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has been extensively involved in Construction Law for the past three years. Before becoming involved in Construction Law Ross obtained a Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree and worked for several years as a Project Engineer for large General Contractors. During that time he worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from Power Plants to Shopping Malls. Ross Wecker utilizes his Engineering and Construction background and his knowledge of Construction Law to guide Contractors through all forms of construction problems.
